Florida Eta Chapter of Pi Gamma Mu
Florida Eta Chapter at the University of South Florida was established in the 1979/1980 school year. We spent may years as a "checkbook" chapter. "Checkbook" chapters are organizations that only recruit new members and collect money. The organization didn't take off until Dr. Susan Northcutt gathered together a group of grad students to form a board. Since inception, the board has participated in many outreach programs covering five countie. Our chapter has provided finances and support to local, hands-on charities.
Our Staff Advisor is Dr. John Napora. Our Student President is PJ Fernandez. Our Treasurer is Jan Monroe.
